Timmerson Group Terms of Service

1. About these terms

Effective date: October 16, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Timmerson Group LLC ("Timmerson Group," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply when you use our website at timmersongroup.com, our forms, and our Certifyr digital ID check (together, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Our Privacy Policy at timmersongroup.com/privacy explains how we handle your information. It forms part of these Terms.

2. Our services

Timmerson Group builds and runs commission salesforces, provides AI sales agents, and offers related sales and AI services to businesses. Our website describes these services and lets you contact us.

Our website also has forms for people interested in sales opportunities. Sending us a form does not create a job, a contract, or any guarantee of work or income. Any working relationship with us is covered by a separate written agreement.

3. Certifyr digital ID check

Certifyr lets you show that you are over 21 using the digital ID stored in your phone's wallet, such as Google Wallet.

  • What is shared. With your approval in your wallet, Certifyr receives three details from your digital ID: your legal name, whether you are over 21 (yes or no), and your ID photo.
  • What is not requested. Certifyr does not ask for your date of birth, your address, or your ID number.
  • Your choice. Your wallet shows you the request before anything is shared. You can decline. If you decline, the check cannot be completed.
  • What we do with it. We check that the digital ID is genuine and has not been altered, then show the result once. We do not keep the shared details after the check.
  • Your own ID only. You may use Certifyr only with a digital ID that was issued to you.
  • What the result means. Certifyr reports what the digital ID says. Any business that relies on the result remains responsible for its own decision to sell to or serve a customer, and for following the laws that apply to it.
  • Availability. Certifyr depends on your device, your browser, and your wallet provider. It may not work on every phone or with every ID.

4. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. If you use them on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms for that business.

5. Acceptable use

When you use the Services, you agree not to:

  • give us false or misleading information;
  • use a digital ID that is not yours, or one that has been altered or forged;
  • try to get around, disable, or interfere with the security of the Services;
  • copy, scrape, or overload the Services with automated tools;
  • use the Services to break any law or to harm another person.

We may suspend or stop your access if you break these Terms.

6. Calls and text messages

If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by phone call or text message about the matter you contacted us for. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to stop calling during any call or by emailing us.

7. Our content

The website, the Timmerson Group and Certifyr names and logos, and all text, designs and software in the Services belong to Timmerson Group or its licensors. You may view and use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, or reuse our content without our written permission.

8. Third-party services

The Services work with products run by other companies, such as wallet providers, advertising platforms and communication tools. Those companies have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their products or for how they handle your information.

9. No warranties

We provide the Services "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that the Services will always be available, free of errors, or suitable for a particular purpose. Information on our website is general and is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

10. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Timmerson Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, that result from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute about these Terms or the Services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
